This villa, located on a narrow strip of land between the Ocean and the lake, in one of the most exclusive areas of Palm Beach, is a mix of typical local architecture and cosmopolitan European style. The interior layout has been conceived by architect Toni Facella Sensi who has interpreted the client’s requirements creating spaces with specific functions, allowing conviviality and maintaining a continuous barrier-free view. It was immediately apparent that the house-plan of this villa should incorporate the exterior landscaping, emphasizing the stunning views both of the lake and the Ocean.
